What began as simply re-stringing bead necklaces collected from my travels around the world has evolved over the last 20 years into one-of-a-kind wearable art that is sometimes whimsical, sometimes elegant, and always beautiful.

My work include beads, wire, metal, and semi-precious stones.  The interplay of light, color, and texture is a legacy from my photography training.  The surprising juxtaposition of color in the natural world is a never ending source of inspiration.

I have studied jewelry design and fabrication at the Corcoran School of Art, Arrowmont School of Art and Craft and with Diane Fitzgerald, Michael David Sturlin, Stephanie Sersich and Susan Lenart Kazmer.

My work has been displayed at  the Newark Museum of Art; Zenith Gallery ,Washington, D.C.;  Spirits in the Stone Gallery,  Sonoma, California; Del Ray Artisans, Alexandria, Virginia.
